• All sites are studied by human editors for approval; and we reserve the right to refuse to accept any site we choose for any reason.
   

• We try to respond to you with notification of our acceptance / refusal of a site within 5 working days of receipt of the submission form.
   

• Every site that is approved must agree that our frameset/branding appear at the top of their site when traffic is accessing them via the British Information group of sites. • Approved sites must meet with our copy guidelines when submitting text for publication.
   

• Once your site has been accepted and our terms met we will endeavour to publish your details within 14 days.
